ordering
● all commissions will be taken through twitter and/or ko-fi/vgen. not via email/any other platform to ensure all my requests are all in one place.● please do not remove any watermarks/my copyright from your commissions.● i retain the rights to refuse any commission without given reason.
payment process
● 100% of the commission must be paid upfront
(payment plans can be discussed otherwise).● payments are to be made in gbp/british pounds.● I only accept paypal as a payment method.● due to commissions being personalised,
I'm unable to refund once the commission(s) have been delivered.
waitlist process
● I go through my waitlist in date order from when receiving payment (unless otherwise specified).
● I do accept rush fees and I will make exceptions for special dates, however there will be added costs.● please don't beg to be rushed or have it done faster.● if you have concern about the status feel free to dm me, asking isn't rushing and I'll be more than happy to provide work in progress and updates.
revision and changes
● changes can be requested freely during the sketch phase,
I usually only allow a few minor changes.
if you wish for any changes once agreeing to the sketch being okay, then there will be a fee.● changes made during the sketch may come with a fee, depending on complexity.● if it's my mistake, I will correct any adjustments for free.
general usage
● commercial use for streaming is allowed but I do require credit.
● you are not allowed to trace / remove my watermark / claim as your own.● I may upload said works to my social media, both as wips and finished pieces. I may also use your piece as an example for a giveaway, for my portfolio etc.
commercial rights
● commercial requests are discussed in dms,
but are usually a percentage of the final product/artwork.● commercial rights are not guaranteed with every commission and must be disclosed at the time of inquiring about the commission at the start.● doing this without payment commercial usage will put you on a permanent blacklist. please respect my terms and conditions when it comes to this.
